Yes. Message us with your dates and how many of you there are, and reception will sort it. The booking system is simply faster at three in the morning.

The reservation system handles payment and will tell you exactly what is taken and when for your dates.
Can I cancel?
The cancellation terms for your dates are shown in the booking system before you confirm. They are the ones that apply.
I am a big group — can you help?
Write to us rather than booking bed by bed. Groups regularly take a whole dorm, and we can tell you which room fits you.
